Welcome to Annabelle's Story

He told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like amustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.  Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches. Mark 4:30-32

We all have many defining moments in our lives. In these moments, we can choose to grow, stay the same or deteriorate. Many fear change or choose to avoid a challenge.  I am very guilty of that.  As Christians, we are called to seek and grow the kingdom.  The good Book gives us guidelines on how to not only gain knowledge but live it.  Our adoption journey is one of those defining moments.  It started with a very small seed and has grown into a journey of joy and tears.  We are honored that God chose us for this journey by blessing us with a daughter from China.

It started with a seed
We prayed, researched and sought counsel
We had to BELIEVE God chose us and this journey
Lots of pain LOTS of joy

We are FINALLY here to record our travel journey to Annabelle.  After almost two years of preparing it's time for us to introduce the world to our precious daughter and welcome you to be a part of bringing her home.
